We are a woman-owned business that has been providing the best built-to-order orthopedics springs, and other stock and custom springs, made in America for over 115 years.

We are proud members of SMI (Spring Manufacturers’ Institute), TAMA (Tulsa Area Manufacturers Association), NAM (National Association of Manufacturers), and WIM (Women in Manufacturing).

We manufacture springs, and fasteners, in:

  • 17-7, 301, 302 and 316 stainless steel
  • Music Wire
  • ASTM A228
  • A684
  • A689
  • brass
  • chrome silicon spring steel
  • chrome vanadium
  • galvanized hard drawn wire
  • galvanized wire
  • hard drawn wire
  • Inconel
  • music wire
  • Oil-tempered wire
  • and other spring-tempered steels made to ASTM or AISI standards

We know built-to-order orthopedics springs!  Working with us ensures you use the right material for the right application.  If needed, we will share technical details regarding how precision springs are made to tighter load and dimensional tolerances and from higher standards of materials.  Utility springs are better suited for static or low-cycle applications.

If you are replacing a spring or part, if needed, we will evaluate why your spring broke or failed such as:

  • Extending or compressing beyond design recommendations, also called over stressing the part.
  • Excessive cycling.
  • Exceeding the recommended temperature or load limitations for the material used.
  • Using the part in a manner inconsistent with its design limitations.
  • Exposing the part to a corrosive environment.
  • Hydrogen embrittlement if you are dealing with zinc plated extension springs.

After understanding why the spring broke, if needed we can help design a better product to ensure longer-lasting success.

We will review details such as how to tell if your spring is within physical tolerances, if it is within load/rate tolerances, how far you can safely extend an extension spring, or how far you can safely compress a compression or disc spring.

If applicable, we will make sure the spring rate is correct for your application.  This is the change in load per unit of extension or deflection (expressed in lbs. per inch or Newtons per millimeter in metric parts).

We will maximize how often you can cycle the part based on the design, environment, temperature range in which the part will operate, the material and how the part is used in an assembly.

We supply built-to-order orthopedics springs to the OEM, industrial supply and hardware industries in OK, TX, AR, LA, MO, KS, CO, NM, as well as all over the USA and internationally.
